A low oxygen content is cruicial to avoid oxygen pick-up in your beverages. With the CO2 Purity Tester, type CPT, you can routinely control the air level of commercial carbon dioxide and carbon dioxide from fermentation.
Two executions are available:
- Type CPT 99-100, measuring burette scale from 99 – 100 % v/v, for measuring the end purity of commercial carbon dioxide or carbon dioxide from fermentation after purification
- Type CPT 50-100, measuring burette scale from 50 – 100 % v/v, for measuring the intake purity of fermentation carbon dioxide
