W6 Pro: Automated process
The W6 Pro can be controlled automatically. You can control the intake,stirrer, cooling fan and discharge no longer from an HMI but directly from Giesen Profiler.
The green coffee conveyor (optional), which transports your beans directly into the hopper. Advanced cooling with the precise control of the stirrer’s speed and the cooling fan’s power determine the speed at which your coffee beans cool. Once the cooling process is done you can automatically load your beans out of the cooling sieve.
The climate, emissions and environmental awareness; these are hugely topical issues these days. At Giesen we want to offer you the tools to do your bit for these topics as best as possible. Partly for this reason, we have developed our range of Catalytic Emission Cleaner(CEC) machines. These machines reduce your emissions by means of a built-incatalytic converter and afterburner.

The Giesen silo system is a modular system in which both green and roasted coffee beans can be stored. The modular part refers to the fact that the silo system can be
built in different ways. The system can be expanded with sets of three silos.Several configurations based on the type of silos you choose are possible. The individual silos themselves can also be expanded. The silos are available in larger variants, allowing more coffee beans to be stored in the individual silos.
